SQN Capital Management, LLC (“SQN”) is an independent asset manager of alternative investment funds offered to individuals and institutional investors. SQN currently provides investment advisory and management services to four private offerings, two public direct participation programs, one exchange-listed fund and separately-managed accounts. The company was formed in 2007 and is made up of a team of professionals who have been working together since 2001. The principals and directors of SQN are highly experienced in structuring asset-based financing both domestically and internationally and have active investments throughout the United States and European Union.
